PAYMENT COUPON BOOKS
Payment coupon books are an economical and simplified way to collect and track fee payments.
All payment book coupons include the following pre-printed items: due date, amount, late date, late amount, make check payable to name, memo message area (customizable by month), remit to name and address (positioned to fit a #6 3/4 window envelope), record stub, blank back cover, printed front cover bound into a book.

Fee amount must be the same throughout all books in each order group. Amount and late amount can be customized for a small additional charge. Payment Book Coupon - OPTION #2

3. Fly sheet attached to front of coupon book with Owners Name and Address for insertion into a #10 window envelope for mailing to the owner.
Amount and late amount can be customized by Unit/Acct#. REMITTANCE MAILING LABEL OPTIONprovides one 2" wide by 1" high mailing label for each coupon. This label can contain up to 4 lines of 24 characters per line. This label option can be used with any of the coupon books.REMITTANCE WINDOW ENVELOPE OPTIONprovides one # 6 3/4 window envelope for each coupon. The remittance address on the coupon will show through the envelope window. This remittance envelope option can be used with any of the coupon books. Please note that the remittance envelopes add weight to both the shipment to you and to your mailing to the owners.UNPRINTED WINDOW MAILING ENVELOPE OPTIONis used with OPTION #4 coupons and provides one unprinted #10 window envelope per book for the self addressing of the coupon book mailing to the owners. You can use a label or rubber stamp for your return address on these envelopes.PRINTED WINDOW MAILING ENVELOPE OPTIONis used with OPTION #4 coupons and provides one #10 window envelope per book printed with your return address in the left hand corner for the self addressing of the coupon book mailing to the owners. Paper colors available for coupons and covers:
